Enable JustCall’s Zoho CRM integration links to open directly in the Zoho CRM mobile app instead of the web browser

Currently, when clicking on a contact from JustCall’s Zoho CRM integration, the link opens in the browser instead of the mobile app. Zoho confirmed that this happens because the URL provided by JustCall does not include the organization ID. Using the new URL format with the organization ID should allow the link to open the correct contact record directly in the Zoho CRM mobile app. This change would improve efficiency for users who rely on mobile CRM access.
