New Feature – Duplicate Lead Handling in Sales Data

Hi team,I’d like to request a new feature related to how leads are processed in Sales Data.Currently, if a lead already exists in the system (duplicate entry), the system ignores it entirely. This means that when an existing lead re-enquires — for example, a month later — it never reappears in Sales Data, and we lose visibility of the new enquiry and its content.Feature Request:
Please add a function so that if a lead is a duplicate, it is still duplicated and added again under the same campaign.
• It should not create a new campaign.
• The new duplicate lead should be visible and tracked in the same campaign as before.Reason:
For example, this issue is happening with EDFD leads. When a lead that previously enquired comes back again, it doesn’t get added to Sales Data at all. The current workaround — creating a new campaign — is not a practical solution, as it fragments the data. We need the duplicate lead to appear again under the same campaign for proper visibility and follow-up.
