Expose IVR Digit (DTMF Input) as a Mappable Field in HubSpot Integration

Problem:
Customers using the JustCall ↔ HubSpot integration need the IVR digit (DTMF key pressed by the caller) to be available as a structured HubSpot property.
Currently, JustCall captures the IVR digit and logs it inside the call activity notes in HubSpot, but there is no way to map or sync this value into a HubSpot contact, company, or deal property.
This prevents customers from automating lead routing, triggering workflows, segmenting calls, or reporting based on the caller’s menu selection.

Requested Enhancement:
Enable the IVR digit captured during inbound calls to be:

  • Exposed as a field within the integration, and

  • Mapped to any HubSpot custom property (contact, company, or deal)
    OR
Provide an API-accessible field so that customers can manually sync it into HubSpot properties.

Impact / Business Use Case:
Customers rely on IVR selection to:

  • Route inbound calls to the correct team (Sales vs Service)

  • Trigger HubSpot workflows

  • Assign or score leads

  • Track call purpose and caller intent

  • Maintain accurate reporting
Without the IVR digit available as a property, customers cannot automate key operational processes.

Customer Example:
Trust Roofing — unable to automate lead assignment in HubSpot because IVR digits are logged only as notes and not available as a mappable field.

Priority Reasoning:
High-impact request affecting automation, routing, and operational efficiency for HubSpot users relying on IVR.
