Contact Sharing – Manual Notes Not Visible Across Users


Issue:


Manually added contact notes are not visible to other users even when Contact Sharing is enabled. Only call-related notes are shared.


Customer Expectation:


Customers expect all contact notes (manual + call notes) to be visible to the entire team when Contact Sharing is turned on.


Impact:


Causes confusion and leads customers to believe Contact Sharing is not working correctly.
