Thank you for your valuable feedback. We are presently working on upgrading the entire UX for JustCall AI. One of the tenets with the re-design, is incorporating actionability to moments. These will be reflected across the JustCall AI platform, starting with the Call Transcription Page Revamp. Now you will be able to generate moments along with relevant keywords to track, by describing what you wish to track. You can also cluster various keywords in specific call transcript search and add them as moments.
These upgrades will be iteratively updated throughout Q2 2024.
