The Ai seems to often get confused by WHO is talking. Not sure how this is even possible. If I say something, sometimes the summary notes will say the customer said it. You should have 2 signals on this which can clearly tell who is talking. This happens both for phone calls and for Meeting Notes. It is pretty annoying. Espiecally if you need to forward the message to someone.
Any Updates here? This causes confusion when trying to review employee interactions. In general the AI summaries can be improved. When is this expected?
Certainly! We are fully aware of this problem and are experimenting with an alternative approach along with improved speaker diarisation, which has shown promising early results. We will continue to enhance this approach and intend to implement it by the end of the second quarter.
