Description:
Currently, agents using the Sales Dialer receive inbound calls through the regular JustCall dialer. When this happens, the loud ringing interrupts their ongoing conversation on the Sales Dialer.
Requested Feature:
Agents actively on a Sales Dialer call should not receive incoming calls on the main JustCall dialer. Instead, these calls should be auto-rejected or sent to voicemail/another agent.
If disabling incoming calls isn't feasible, provide an option to lower or mute the ring volume of inbound calls without affecting the ongoing Sales Dialer call.
Use Case:
A sales representative is engaged in a call using the Sales Dialer.
An inbound call routes through the regular JustCall dialer.
The ringing disrupts the rep's ongoing conversation.
The rep needs a way to either block these incoming calls or at least mute/lower the ring volume without affecting their active Sales Dialer call.
Impact:
