So on my desktop computer I use the “Click to Dial” feature which is great:
BUT then when I’m out and about I want to use my mobile app to call someone through JustCall. When I do so the app calls out, and then phone rings as “Click to Dial” is ON, and all becomes a mess because its taking the call to redirect and you can easily press 1 because you are not in the iPhone calling app.
IT SHOULD NOT DO THIS as I am on my mobile phone already. ONLY do it if I’m calling from Web/Desktop. And then redirect to my phone. But not when on phone app. SINCE it is the PHONE…
AND the mobile app does not have the setting to turn it off. I suppose because its not really supposed to do the call routing through the phone.
So I end up having to used the iPhones calling, which exposes my personal number to the customer. Which is one of the reasons I took on JustCall.
Can this be fixed?
Tried to explain to support, but hard work. They said turn it off. Yes that fixes it, but again you can’t from the mobile app….
