Enhancement Request: Conditional Logic and Contact Data Access in JustCall Workflows

Use of Contact Data in Workflows:
Currently, workflows do not allow dynamic access to contact-level data (e.g., language preferences). Suggested enabling conditional logic based on contact attributes — for instance:

  • If contact.language = "English", send SMS A.

  • If contact.language = "Spanish", send SMS B.

This feature would be especially useful for multilingual campaigns and personalized communication workflows, helping businesses automate tailored messaging based on known contact data.
