Default Sorting Option for Undialed Contacts in Sales Dialer

Request Summary:
Currently, in Sales Dialer campaigns, the contact list defaults to sorting by "Added to the Campaign Date," which mixes new (undialed) leads with those already contacted. Users must manually filter for undialed contacts each time they return to the list, which disrupts workflow and risks missing high-value leads.


Customer Use Case:
Users running Sales Dialer campaigns often prioritize new, uncontacted leads for immediate follow-up. Without a persistent sorting option, undialed contacts can become buried among previously dialed leads. This leads to delays in outreach and, in some cases, causes high-value leads to go untouched for extended periods or indefinitely.


Proposed Solution:
Introduce a feature that allows users to set a default sorting order, such as prioritizing "Undialed Contacts" at the top of the list. This setting should persist across sessions and page reloads.
