enable the timeout feature on IVR

The user is looking to configure an action for scenarios where no extension is pressed during a call—for example, forwarding the call or triggering another action.
At the moment, our system does not support setting a specific action when no input is received and the call disconnects.

Use case- As other providers have the option to forward the call or take other action when no extension is pressed.
