JC has an amazing feature at the end of the call where you can push data into a CRM (Pipedrive for us) - namely Deal Stages, e.g. at the end of a call, you can move a deal along to a certain stage. The biggest issue is that if a number/contact has multiple deals associated with it, it's not clear which Deal actually gets updated. If it changes the deal stage of a wrong deal stage, it will mess things up a lot. If there could be an option to choose which Deal you want to update (e.g. from a list of available deals), that would be a HUGE step forward. Unless there is a way to acheive this at the moment that I'm not aware of?
