For Dynamic Dialer and Power Dialer, can we have "Machine Pickup" pre-selected by default when a call gets connected but is actually an answering machine?
Reason:
Users have reported that the majority of calls they receive on these dialers are answered by machines, and it takes extra time for them to manually change the option from "Human Pickup" to "Machine Pickup" for each call. Pre-selecting "Machine Pickup" by default would save time and make the process more efficient.
