Option to disable notifications for blocked numbers

Problem Statement:
Currently, when a number is blocked in JustCall, calls from that number do not ring and are automatically archived. However, users still receive missed call notifications for these blocked calls. This behavior differs from native mobile phone experiences, where blocked callers generate no notifications at all. This can cause confusion and unnecessary noise for users.

User Impact:
Users expect blocked numbers to be fully silent. Seeing missed call notifications from blocked numbers leads users to believe the block is not working correctly, even though calls are not ringing.

Proposed Solution / Feature Request:
Provide an option (global or per-number) to disable notifications for blocked numbers, ensuring a fully silent experience similar to mobile OS behavior.

Use Case / Customer Feedback:
Customer explicitly requested this feature, noting that blocked numbers on their personal cell phone do not trigger any notifications and that this expectation likely applies to other users as well.

Priority Justification:
Improves UX clarity, reduces confusion, aligns JustCall behavior with common mobile phone standards, and lowers support inquiries related to blocked calls.
