Currently, the minimum available wrap-up time is 10 seconds. However, many agents complete their post-call actions (selecting disposition and clicking Save) within 3–4 seconds. Because of this, they are forced to either wait unnecessarily or manually change their status to Available, which adds extra clicks and slows down high-volume workflows. Introducing a 5-second wrap-up time option would allow agents to automatically transition to Available more efficiently, reduce friction, and improve overall agent productivity with minimal product impact.
