The Filter option in Saved replies is only available for Admins and account owners. We also need to have this option for Team members so they can filter replies accordingly.

Hi Team, We need to allow integrating Chat GPT with JC, so that we can use the AI features. We did look into the SMS copilot feature, however Chat GPT should be made available on JC.

When clicking inbox under SMS it has a limited search function on the top right. However, when I click on a message and all the messages move to the taskbar on the leftside I can no longer search. If I want to search I have to click the inbox again.
