The user would like us to come up with a sort functionality on the call logs page to sort the call logs on the basis of dispositions. Alphabetical sorting is to be done.
Can we have an option wherein the user can integrate their Google calendar to their JustCall profile and have the same(Google Calendar) change their availability automatically and mark them as unavailable during their appointments?
Allow contact transfer/sharing on the UI between Team members
As of now, we don't allow contact sharing or transfer within the UI between team members. This feature will enable users to share the contacts/transfer them between team members in real time which will save time and efforts.

Could you provide a field on top or at the bottom of the call logs page (Call Logs, Missed Calls, Voicemail, Intra-Team Calls) to give the total number of records found for the query? This would be a significant enhancement to the UI.

Drag&Drop / Rearrange Teammates on the Dialer/Availability HUD
It would be nice to be able to Re-Arrange the order of your teammates within the dialer. Right now the default order for everyone is the order that they were Onboarded in!
