There should be a way to find a contact by their email address in the "Contact" section. Currently, we are only able to search for a contact by their name or phone number.
After a call is done on SD, the customer wants to be able to change the phone number in the phone number field as a decent number of customer are asking them to not call on the number called and they want the option to change the primary number

Current date format for SMS is DDMMYY. User's business is in the US and it is difficult for the business to follow DDMMYY format instead of the US date format. Hence looking to get this changed to MMDDYY. Thank you.
As of now, only Phone numbers, e-mails, and Names are shown in the contacts section. One custom field of a user's choice should be shown. For example: Company
Every time a list of contacts is uploaded to the contacts section using a .csv file, the mapping is required manually. It would be helpful if there can be a preset option of the default mapping as in the Sales Dailer.
We would like the option to generate our FAQs based on our historical transcripts. With our past call data, AI should recognise the common questions being asked to our agents and suggest them to us as FAQs.

We do want to call the skipped contacts, so we don't want to mark the campaign as completed. There should be a feature that has ability to have a Reattempt Rule specifically designed for skipped calls on Sales Dialer
