Can we have an option where there is a common search in inbox?

Add option to mark a contact as favourite while transferring call to internal team or external number

The ability to mark some contacts as favourites will allow them to select the contact quickly and transfer the call to them quickly. Now they have to always type in the name or search for them which is time consuming.
