We would like the option to generate our FAQs based on our historical transcripts. With our past call data, AI should recognise the common questions being asked to our agents and suggest them to us as FAQs.

We should have a common search with numbers in the inbox section and not have to go inside the JC number section from or to which the message was sent and then search for the message.

Sometimes clients give us land line numbers by mistake (when requesting cell). With our regular phones - when we text those numbers we get a kick back message "Delivery of your message failed - this number is a landline and unable to receive texts...
